At SRS Gym, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains our policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 General Return Policy
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The item is not on the non-returnable items list (see Section 2)
1.2 Extended Return Period
Items purchased during promotional periods may have extended return windows as specified at the time of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personal Care Items: Cosmetics, skincare products, perfumes, and hygiene products
- Intimate Apparel: Underwear, swimwear, and intimate clothing
- Perishable Goods: Food items, flowers, and plants
- Digital Products: Downloadable software, e-books, and digital content
- Custom or Personalized Items: Made-to-order or customized products
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
- Gift Cards: Gift cards and vouchers
- Opened Media: Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or software
3. Return Process
3.1 How to Initiate a Return
To return an item:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization
3.2 Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment
- Risk of Loss: You are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility
- Shipping Insurance: We recommend insuring high-value returns
3.3 Return Inspection
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- We will verify that the item meets return eligibility criteria
- We will notify you of the inspection results via email
- If approved, we will process your refund
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Processing
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
4.2 Refund Amount
- Product Price: Full refund of the item price
- Original Shipping: Not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- Return Shipping: Not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee for eligible returns
4.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- The item shows signs of use or wear
- The item is missing parts or accessories
- The item is damaged due to misuse
- The item is returned after the 14-day return window
5. Exchanges
5.1 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes of the same item
- Different colors of the same item
- Defective or damaged items
5.2 Exchange Process
To exchange an item:

- Specify the item you want to exchange and your preferred replacement
- Follow the return process outlined in Section 3
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect your return
5.3 Exchange Shipping
- You pay for return shipping (unless defective or our error)
- We pay for shipping the replacement item to you
- If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund
6. Defective or Damaged Items
6.1 Reporting Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- Include your order number and item details
6.2 Resolution Options
For defective or damaged items, we offer:
- Full Refund: Complete refund including original shipping costs
- Replacement: Free replacement with free return and shipping
- Partial Refund: Keep the item with a partial refund (if minor defect)
6.3 Our Responsibility
For defective or damaged items:
- We cover all return shipping costs
- We provide a prepaid return label
- We expedite the refund or replacement process
- No inspection period required
7. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:

- Provide photos of the item received
- We will arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid return label
- We will ship the correct item at no additional cost
- We will refund any price difference if applicable
8. Order Cancellation
8.1 Before Shipment
You may cancel your order before it ships:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Provide your order number
- If not yet shipped, we will cancel and issue a full refund
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
8.2 After Shipment
Once an order has shipped:
- You cannot cancel the order
- You must follow the return process after receiving the item
- Standard return policy applies
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

10. Sale and Promotional Items
- Sale Items: Returnable unless marked as "final sale"
- Promotional Items: Subject to standard return policy
- Bundle Deals: Must return all items in the bundle for a full refund
- Free Gifts: Must be returned with the purchased item
11. International Returns
For international orders:
- Same return eligibility criteria apply
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable international shipping method
- Refunds do not include original international shipping costs
- Processing may take longer due to customs clearance
12. Refund to Store Credit
You may choose to receive:
- Store credit instead of a refund to your payment method
- Store credit is issued immediately upon return approval
- Store credit never expires
- Store credit can be used for any future purchase
13. Multiple Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit return privileges if we detect patterns of excessive returns or suspected return abuse. This includes:
- Returning items after extended use
- Returning items without original packaging
- Frequent returns of the same item type
- Suspected fraudulent return activity

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Palestine. Any disputes arising from returns or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salfit, Palestine.
